Please note: Deposits made for custom-built or made-to-order products and services are non-refundable. If a customer cancels a custom order after production has begun, the deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. Please contact info@lijoye.org to initiate a refund request.

By using our website or purchasing from Lijoye, you agree to the following:
- Prices are listed in ZAR and subject to change without prior notice.
- All products and services are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for violation of our policies.
- Intellectual property including logos, content, and media belongs to Lijoye and may not be reproduced without permission.
Delivery Policy
For physical products, delivery is available within Eswatini and selected regional locations. Estimated delivery timelines range from 3–7 working days. For event bookings, technical services, or rentals, delivery or setup timelines will be confirmed upon order placement.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for physical products that are defective or damaged. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom-built orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include furniture, signage, technical services, and any product made specifically to customer specifications.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes arising from purchases or use of the Lijoye website shall be handled within Eswatini’s legal jurisdiction.
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Custom-built orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Deposits for such orders will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
